Exclusive courses with Carole Glasman, Personal Development Coach - Yoga Teacher graduated IFY - French Institute of Yoga and specific training at RYE for children.
Private lessons accessible to all: 1 to 6 people maximum.
In a natural setting, on the teak terrace by the pool or on the lawn in front of the sea,
Carole begins the Hatha Yoga session with 5 minutes of relaxation to take the weather from the body.
Reconnect with your mind and breath, thanks to breaths, followed by series of sequences of personalized postures, according to the level of each one, in a calm rhythm and accessible to all.
The session ends with 5 minutes of relaxation with Yoga Nidra, accompanied by soft music.You will come out with a new energy and a positive mind.
You can also bring your personal equipment.
Loan of Yoga mats on reservation, straps and wedges to facilitate and intensify certain postures.
To be expected: leggins & t-shirt adapted to the practice of Yoga.
Extra: tea or infusion complimentary.
