Certified teacher Yoga Alliance, Sabrina MELILI will come to you to accompany you in your individual yoga practice.
This way, you can fully enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to travel.
It's the ideal way to keep your good resolutions, and you'll benefit from a teacher who adapts to your profile while allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Sabrina offers sessions in : Yoga Flow (a cross between traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga), Yin Yoga (gentle yoga) and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation).
Outdoor yoga is available on arrangement with Sabrina MELILI, depending on the weather and your location;
Practising yoga outdoors allows you to connect with yourself, with others and with the elements. Feeling the wind, looking up at the sky and hearing the birds or the sound of the sea are just some of the ways in which nature helps us to engage in mindfulness meditation.
Possibility of holding the course in your place of residence (Cannes and surrounding area).
The class can also be a Connected Yoga session where, wearing wireless headphones, you let Sabrina's voice guide you through a private, immersive and timeless experience (see Connected private Yoga class).
