NORDIC WALKING IN CANNES
All year round - private small group
What is Nordic Walking? It's a fast walk that is practiced with sticks. This practice is ancestral to our Swedish friends who use it to train cross-country skiers in summer.
Nordic Walking is a very complete and non-traumatic sport. By using poles, the upper body is solicited as much as the lower body, which allows a harmonization of the work and a natural correction of the posture. In addition, this activity is recommended for the heart, an effective remedy against stress and a sure way to get some fresh air and enjoy nature!
What is a typical session like?
A Nordic Walking session lasts about 1h30. It is preceded by a general warm-up, some muscle strengthening exercises complete the walk, and it ends with stretching.
